Zone 5 to 8.

Experience at Great Hill:
The cold hardiness of 'Seiryu' is questionable and is being closely observed.

Attributes:
In the right location, this unique and unusual dissectum maple makes a great specimen with outstanding color throughout the growing season. It's a welcomed contrast when planted with the standard cascading type dissectums.

*'Lionheart' could be called upright, however, it is smaller and grows wider than taller with the tips becoming pendulous in time.
